If I may make a suggestion, here is a proposal for division of territory.
In the territory currently visible around the Wraiths and Engineers, that is not surrounded by one or the other there are:
a) Four-way intersections at E4 (two from Wraiths, three from Engineers) and H3 (three from Engineers, six from Wraiths)
b) Corridors at F3/F4/F5 (three/two/one from Engineers, four/three/four from Wraiths) - F4 is the only three-way corridor present
c) Corridors G4/H4 (one/two from Engineers, eight/seven from Wraiths)
d) Corridor at E5 (one from Wraiths, four from Engineers)
The obvious here is that c) should go to Engineers and d) should go to Wraiths. The corridor at F5 should also obviously go to Engineers. To even the corridor count at three each, the Wraiths should get F4 and F3.
The intersections are the only openings to unknown territory, and both have two openings to the rest of the map, barring the unknown tile at G3. Therefore, they should each get the intersection closer to them than the other, and claim to the territory stemming from that, until another expansion conflict arises.
This leaves the unknown tile at G3. As the Engineers have far more open space to explore than the Wraiths, I propose this space go to the Wraiths, as well as any territory stemming from that.
Additionally, the Hunters should have the right to the room at J20, to match their room count with the Sanis at 6, unless they find another room prior to claiming it. If they claim it, the Sanis should have right to the next two territory conflicts regarding corridors, OR the next single territory conflict regarding rooms or open intersections.
Note: These proposals, and the post above it, are not supported by any faction, only myself. These proposals were also written before, and do not consider, the declaration of the Engineers at X:44.
