Because if you're being serious then it's really unbalancing this game.
If someone knows their target as soon as the game starts, they have a really unfair advantage. Even if they're is only a 20% chance you take their opinion into account they still have an advantage.

Everyone learns their target once the game starts. No one knows their hunter, and that's where the mystery/strategy/RNG starts
