Reward Icon for Mafia?

Since Mafia games are clearly the big thing in this forum section, I thought it would be a good idea to give reward icons for the most successful Mafia players.

Here's the icon:

Who gets the icon? Well, that's why I started this topic. I need ideas on who should be rewarded. I know it won't be easy to pick a "winner", but if you manage to find a system that works, then we will start giving out those icons.

Rules:
- icons must be rare and very difficult to obtain
- we need to reward skill, not activity

Maybe the members of the winning team could vote on which of their members they feel deserves it the most. That could be limited to the members that lasted until the end as well (though I'm not sure how I feel about that because sometimes the strategically sound choice is to die).

I'm liking QuantumT's suggestion, a sort of MVP. Though I don't think you should have to survive to receive it, though, because I remember in one of my past games I(probably) would have been MVP, despite dying a couple rounds before the end. I think that's relatively likely to happen.

If there are fewer awards on the forum, having awards become rarer. I think award icons should be saved for events with more skill involved (finding a FG or killing a key civ is a lot of luck.)
Also, I don't think mafia should become too competitive.

I'm behind there being an award icon. Adding this will in no way make there be "too many awards." As SG said, mafia has taken a huge place in this community. We've had over twenty of them, and there is no end in sight. Some players really do play the game better than others, and I feel they deserve something out of it. Do you remember who won eight mafias ago? Fourteen? I sure don't. That's why we need an award icon.

Plus, having an award is something to strive for. It would increase the overall seriousness of the game and discourage activity such as this (http://elementscommunity.org/forum/index.php/topic,23067.msg324706#msg324706), which only serves to make a mockery of the game.

I said that the host and the confirmed civs were FGs.
How could the host be a FG?!
I also planned to post it 5 minutes before the round ended, except you never really told us when the round would end (or at least I couldn't find it).
