But I think this solidifies my idea that there should be some amount of allegiances in this game, it would make it much more fun for everyone involved.
Also, I waited until the end to post this:
Kuro, you are awesome. This game is the main reason I'm sticking around this community today. What with actually having won a war (although it was deuce, hain and avenger who did the most work for that, I think I have contributed enough to earn the title), what with the game being updated at a snail's pace and zanzarino vanishing, what with other projects taking precedence over The Grind For Overpowered Shards, what with the community slowly dying and chat not being as fun after ~Napalm went away, my interest in Elements is pretty much over at this point. However, this game - Fanatics & Heretics - is awesome. I don't know how you managed to create it (although I would be interested to hear the story), but it is incredibly fun, complex to the right point, unpredictable, it pays off strange and unusual strategies and when a big turn goes off you feel proud of yourself - something many other strategy games don't provide. Also, you can brag a bit with a bunch of other nice people who are playing, you can get mad at justaburd for playing randomly and at 1world24 for shutting you down the turn you needed most, you can cheer for the person who saves you from certain death or for the person who kills the threat you aren't able to counter in time... You can have fun. I had fun. And man, this ain't something truly common these days.
Thank you, Kuroaitou, for the awesomest strategic forum game I ever played. And know that I'm planning to port it to other mediums someday!

(I'll notify you if this happens, how and when: give credit where credit is due)
And thank you to all of you who participated, because the game wouldn't have been as fun without you!
