Some questions:
Can I technically drop out of the event and re-join on a different starting tile?

Now a more serious question:
What do the * mean on Weapon* type artifacts?
Also, which relic type can be obtained with what method? Namely: Common, Rare, Weapon*, Epic, Legendary. Also, are there overlaps between types? (e.g: There are specific Rare and Common items that can be freely picked up just by exploring a tile, but there are Rare items that can be only obtained by opening a chest by a switch.)
And we keep driving into the night
It's a late goodbye, such a late goodbye...

You can technically fix your starting tile whenever you want UNTIL you make your first move. Then your starting position is finalized.

The '*' on the Weapon Relics just signifies that it's a unique type of rarity to make it separate from the rest (since otherwise, I would have put the following adjectives (Common, Uncommon, Rare, Epic, and Legendary) to describe the items. But since every element has one weapon, I cut the Uncommon Relic out of the picture, because that adjective always sounds lame. :P

For the most part, the rarities are separated into 3 categories:

Common/Rare - Can be found by exploring tiles. All of these Relics are out in the open.
Weapon* - Requires Keys, Switches, and/or other unorthodox solutions to obtain. I specifically designed the spots for the Weapons before all other tiles were placed down.
Epic/Legendaries - Found in the center most tiles in protected 'S' chests. Switches are required to open the Epic layer. Legendaries can only be opened under extreme/unique circumstances.

Yo Kuro!
I've made a formula for the Main Grid that automatically updates the P's when you change the Current Tile of the players.
Each tile in the Main Grid checks for its cell name in column AI. If there is one, it appends a P to its current contents.

But that would mean it'd be a lot more difficult to edit the Main Grid when people discover things. So, you need to make a copy of the grid. The copy needs to be 37 rows beneath the other - ie the tile that was A2 now appears at A39.  The A39 grid acts as a template for the A2 grid, so edit that when you update the map.

Screenshot of this:
Spoiler for Hidden:

The formula is this:
=concatenate(A39,if(if(eq(iferror(vlookup(address(row(A2), column(A2),4),$AI:$AI,1,false),ʺ#N/Aʺ),ʺ#N/Aʺ),false,true), ʺPʺ,ʺʺ))

Paste that into cell A2, then drag it across to Z2 (or A27), then drag that selection across to Z27.
Then when you change a player's coordinates in column AI, the relevant cell will update with a P.
When you want to change the map, change the one at A39 rather than the one at A2. The one at A2 will update to reflect A39 after a few seconds.

This sounds like it would work, but unfortunately the formula isn't updating. I love this concept though as it'll make updating far more streamlined - can you come into chat if possible to see where I borked?

Assuming you've set it up correctly, maybe just wait a little longer? It worked on a standalone duplicate of your sheet, and I copied it directly from there. The formula should update every time the sheet changes.

I can't come into chat right now but if you'd send me a pm with a few screenshots I'd be much obliged

Fixed it after thinking about it - it appears the " " marks you use aren't the same symbols used for parsing formulas in googledocs (my version, at least). I fixed it, and now it's working. :) +rep to you Clean!

The sounds of footsteps could be heard in the distance; some of them closer than others, making minor echoes. Did people already get treasures?

Day 2
The day has ended. Please hold on for the following day to go up...

All players and their current positions of the day can be found here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1M2XzkavwHyCmSOBjuXTLroooJUwZr3zxDaVME11Rnlk/edit#gid=0

A list of all Relics in-game and who owns them (as well as their current cooldowns) can be found here:
https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1M2XzkavwHyCmSOBjuXTLroooJUwZr3zxDaVME11Rnlk/edit#gid=1811476006

Check the other tabs for other useful information regarding your Basic Actions, Relic Precedence, and notes of the overall game!

Tips and General Info:
-Congratulations to MeowMeowCat and Clean0nion for being among the first to pick up Relics! :)
-A new edit has been made to ' . ' period tiles: any item tile (Keys, Safes, and Relic tiles) will be given a '.' in front of it if the item has already been picked up. This way, the color (white) will show that the item is no longer there, but in someone else's possession.
-Picking up a key will have a note attached to it, giving a clue to its owner as to where it can be used.
-Remember that Relics always take precedence BEFORE Basic Actions; if you want to activate your Relic, you may do so in your PM, but don't forget the aforementioned statement, and don't forget its cooldown either in the spreadsheet!
