Tips and General Info:
-Relics can be used multiple times in a round, but only if you have the items, relics, or skills to refresh the cooldown on those abilities immediately. Remember than Relics are considered a defensive priority tool, meaning that they BEFORE all class attack actions without priority, and AFTER all general movement actions/actions with priority.
-To emphasize the above, movement-based relics have a higher priority over defensive/buff based/tile changing relics, which also occur before relics that cause damage.
-Line-of-sight based items, relics, and skills have a slight caveat; when it refers to 'No trees/walls', players can target tree tiles directly with those actions regularly (and attacks or movements will still target the tree in question). Players that attempt to target walls on the other hand with these LoS abilities/targets will stop one tile short (the attack bounces off the wall, or the player stops in front of it).
-Sera's EN level has been properly fixed, accounting for her relic, Sapphire Ring.
-I have added a 'Item used' list for players who keep insisting.

If a Cultist hits multiple targets with its a single class action, does it gain +5 max HP for each one, or just once?
Also, with focus, do your relics reduce cooldown whenever you deal damage, or whenever you or your teammate deal damage?

Also, with focus, do your relics reduce cooldown whenever you deal damage, or whenever you or your teammate deal damage?

Cultist gains +5 max HP per target they hit.
Whenever 'you or your teammate' deal damage, not just you - this way, if your teammate has more offensive moves, they can refresh your cooldowns easier if you have more relics.

About the item percentages, I can see why we are getting so much luck lately. The percentages are too high. Instead of 1:1,5:2:2,5:3, I think that a 1:2:3:4:5 ratio would have been a bit smoother. (Tier 5: 6%, Tier 4: 13%, Tier 3: 20%, Tier 2: 27%, Tier 1: 34%)

I completely agree. The percentages should be changed so that nobody will be able to get Legendary items as easily as my teammate Sera did.

I already said this, but I disagree with this. "No trees" should mean "Absolutely no trees" and not "No trees except the first one". The wording does not reflect the intention, it just gives an unnecessary twist to an otherwise simple idea and these make it easy to misunderstand them, unless you spend an extra row or a note to detail it further.

I do not say to change how this works, I only say that it shouldn't have been like this to start with, it shouldn't be like this in future games and that the extra details are necessary to be written out if they give any ground for misunderstanding.

Speaking of misunderstandable descriptions, "both of" should be removed from Heiroglyph Locket's description, considering your reply on how it works.
