Yes. It's also retained if the player drops it from death or from the Marksman's ability "Delivery".

Tips and General Info:
-Wall tile N5 was destroyed by Landscape. Wall tile R22 was generated via Quakeshift. The set of three walls of the bottom left corner of the center top safe have been erected once more (blame CleanOnion).
-Submachine has taken 10 damage from dawn to dusk's pet, "Pet".
-Solaris' Invisibility has now faded.
-Some class actions have a thing called, 'Priority' - these attacks or moves will occur before Movement actions (including teleportation!), which can be useful for various combat strategies. However, because they occur before movements take place, using them in anticipation of another player's expected destination will cause them to have no effect. Thus, it's vital that you time these abilities carefully.
-In regards to the above, Priority moves include: En Garde (Saber), Skewer Attack/Whirlpool (Spearman), Vine Snapper/Whiplash (Ranger), and abilities/actions affected by Locust Pendant.
-A POLL WILL OCCUR ON ROUND 20 REGARDING SAFES AND THE SPEED OF THE GAME. GET READY FOLKS!

Spoiler for Fire Queen's Chest:

Strolling through this area, you occasionally have to swat a fly or two away from your face. These bugs were quite large and apparently seemed to glow when they flew into one of the nearby shrubbery, but you look overhead at the sudden structure up ahead.

An archway stood with decorations all over; a few symbols were sprinkled all upon the walls, but more importantly, you spotted something underneath the arch. A transparent chest was embedded directly within the rock, and you could see several glowing balls of light (insects? orbs? who knew?) bouncing off the chest's walls with varying frequencies, and the nearby flies had occasionally landed on the chest before darting away from the surface vibrating. Several pieces of paper, each attached to their own wire, wrapped around near the end of the arch, were still on. They all read the same thing:

"Please do not break walls! Thanks~ :)

...you look back up at the very obvious chest. No promises on that note's request.

Another quick lore.

For Fire Queen's chest, I actually envisioned it being equivalent of a bee hive stuck inside a tree (but since they -aren't- bees necessarily, and fireflies instead, I figured their hive would be embedded in something far more sturdy. During an earlier round, Submachine's reckoning cannon had basically removed one of the walls, which had me change the riddle -very- slightly with underlined text as a cue to tell the player that the only way to reach the chest was by removing the walls that supported it.

Thus, a player had to remove Wall tiles R22 and R24 through any destructive means necessary; once that was done, the Safe would be open/turned into a relic.

Spoiler for Miracle's Chest:

Inside the ruins, a bright, white chest with porcelain hinges is snuggled elegantly on a little mound. How odd. There are no keyholes, nor marks of wear or tear on it, and it appears that you can't even leave a smudge on it (not that you would). But as you place your ear near its seal, you hear the faint sound of a chord or chime, as if a gentle breeze could tickle the strings of a harp. A small inscription is on the edge of the chest, and you notice the following message:

"Ascend out of the darkness towards me, towards the light, and my gift of hope can be born anew.''

The chest refuses to open despite your best efforts and skills. How frustrating! Its divine magic seems to be protecting it... but how can you open it?

Note that this chest was open on Round 17.

This chest also has an equally simple solution; If any player leaves out of the NE exit (or Tile P6), the Safe on Tile P5 opens.

Tips and General Info:
-Sera and DoubleCapitals have each picked up a Relic!
-The Safe on Tile T47 has been turned into a temporary Shrine, thanks due to pressing the switch Tile X44. (Blame Linkcat)
-Demagog has not only received Pandemo's coin from his teammate, 1011686, but has also picked up the bloomed Shrapnel Flower on Tile O23. If it is used, it will regrow back again, unlike other items.
-Wall tiles R22 and R24 were destroyed by Landscape and Quakeshift respectively.
-Solaris is now Invisible again after stepping on the '^' tile on P27.
-PLEASE VOTE ON THE RELIC/SAFE POLL! Depending on what is voted on most, it may or may not help speed up the game and lessen the difficulty of finding relics and/or more useful items for Relic Sweeper 3.
