It's not that hard to play. Search for the rules on the internet and you'll see.

Basically, we all roll dices and buy properties, when you land on a player's property, you pay them rent. If you have all properties of the same color, you can build houses, which increase your rent. When you reach 5 houses, it becomes a hotel instead, which is the highest rent you can get. You win when all other players are bankrupt.
