You get eaten by dragons, and as they fla across the land appart, your wish is granted, BUT the note i wished for is still playing so the dragons puke resulting in you falling into the ocean nos-so-much-appart and your wish turns into a night mare, and than you wake up realising you are in the hospital and that you are bald, beacouse a crazy monkey shaved you and gave you a cancer (no, not the diseaze, the crab) that pinched you in the nose, so you sneezed, resulting in a car chrash, beacouse you didn't see the truck OR the car OR the jumbo jet (a crashing one!) heading for you and didn't get out of the way, so you fell into a comma, eich there are a lot of in this on scentance, you know?
