What do elementals look like? (Are there any major differences in appearances from, say elves?(I think those are the most common race in the previous RPGs and RPs))

Elementals aren't born, they just come in to being ((obv. different in this one though)

and it's impossible not to know you are one, unless you're retarded. If you were say, made entirely of flames, and you didn't know you were made entirely of flames, then something went wrong in your childhood

Humanoids made of fire, water, etc. really. As I said, similar to the Panda and Flooding artwork.
