If quanta is refunded, like by using inspiration and not getting targeted, does that quanta get taken by exsanguinate?
What happens to a ghost if you use meteor?
What happens if anomaly targets a quanta pool of 2? (even and prime.)
If you have a bomb, is any action that would kill you just treated as if it hadn't targeted you? What about if it was a status effect that killd you?
Thankyou for answering!
1. No. Exsanguinate does not target 'refund' quanta, as that's not actual generation.
2. Ghost will immediately go to the Meteor target upon that action. No 'delays' (the Ghost isn't gonna hitch a ride on the Meteor).
3. Both effects occur.

(Also, for Anomaly, 1 counts as a NON-PRIME odd number, so using Anomaly on a pool with '1' basically does nil)
4. Yes, the 'killing' targeted action will just be negated/stopped. Status effects that kill players with bombs do not trigger the bombs; it must be by a direct player targeting effect. Thus, 'reflective' bomb damage that is triggered cannot trigger bombs, just like the 'Rot status' also doesn't trigger bombs, and whatnot.
