Correct. As an example, you can move to space 4 and then strike 7 on the same round. However if someone else would also try to move to 4 in the same round, your movement would fail, and so would your Strike, since you could no longer reach space 7.

Whenever 'adjacent' is mentioned, does it always include diagonal directions too, or is diagonal only available for movement?

Deathmatch - Round 2

Rules:
You each start with 10 hp.
Each round, you will have 4 actions availible to you: (Note that 'adjacent' includes diagonally adjacent)

• Move: You will move on the game board to an adjacent space.
• Strike: Strike a spot that is adjacent to you. If someone else is on that spot, he takes 2 dmg.
• Protect: You protected for any attacks this round. Anyone that attacks you takes 1 dmg. You cannot use this action two rounds in a row.
• Spin Attack: Deal 2 dmg to all adjacent spaces. You can only use this action once per game.

Move and Strike can be used on the same turn, the other two actions can only be used alone.
You can Move without Striking and vice versa though.
Movement always happens first, then all other actions.
If two players try to move to the same spot, or someone tries to move to a spot where another player is already standing (and that player does not move), the movement does not happen.
If your movement is canceled and your Strike action targeted a spot you no longer can reach, the Strike does not happen.

I had made a mistake with Lunaris' actions, he (she?) had used Strike on 4 instead of 2. This is now fixed. If you would like a 1 day extension due to extra planning required, just tell me.
