I would make it so fight and mend cost 2 AP, this way, only one can be used by turn.

Impossible to kill everyone when the ways to get favor or hate are so much easier.

Allowing only 1 fight a turn/2 for rainbow removes nearly all reason to attack anyone.

I agree with Oni's logic. There needs to be both easy and complex ways to do all of the following:
-Gain or lose reputation
-Force others to gain or lose reputation
-Fight and heal other players and False Gods

Fight and Mend will not be getting a cost increase.

But as we saw with Shantu here, you can use 2 or 3x fight/mend to win easily in one turn...

I attacked Malig every single turn.
Limiting the attacking means that you might as well remove it from the game, as killing everyone is essentially impossible even with these rules.

And no, Shantu played the game. Now the rules on how he won need to change, not how he did it.
