Do these rules still apply? If yes, do they take priority over any orders you give during the game? (E.g. Round 2 demand "PM me a card idea". Do we lose if we PM you?)

If that rule still applied, don't you think I would have rewrote it in this thread?
This is literally the only thing that went wrong last time : unclear rule. This time i decided to go simpler, as this game should be as simple as possible
