Starting next round (not this one), I'll be making these changes:
Rests will only restore .5 points.
Anyone that is bumped into (not the bumper) will lose .5 points regardless of their move.
Anyone that does not submit a move on a turn will lose 1 point. If you want to not do anything, then please submit a PM to that PM.

If I'm reading eagl's notes correctly, the 0.5 point rest rule is now in effect - please correct me if I'm wrong, and I'll change the rest values here back to 1.
