Salestor walked into the shop. He noticed the amount of people there and walked to the counter. There he asked "Do you have any gavels, perchance?"

[Glitch]

"Calm down dude, I ain't gonna rob a poor kid like you.  'sides, I could take you in a fight."

"The bow'll be 80 electrum."

"Gavels?  You mean hammers?  Uhh... sure.  Yer basic hammer'll be 56 electrum, but I might have something special if you've got the money fer it"

Salestor nodded. "I have 100 electrum. Will that be enough? If it's not, I'll take the basic hammer.

[Glitch]

"100 electrum?  BAHAHAHA!!!!!  Whooo boy, you might want to be careful spendin' yer money, you might not be able to get a room.  But no.  My... special hammer... is worth a sight more than 100 electrum, if yer picking up what I'm puttin' down."

"You should be able to get a room here fer' about 35 electrum, in the down season like this.  Here's yer hammer!"
ddevans lost 56 electrum.  ddevans has a battlehammer.

(Basic hammer.  +1 when fused with earth/gravity quanta)

(and yes, i'm going to be doing this out-of-context, rather than keep it on a document. If it's a problem with anyone, I won't do it anymore)

Salestor nodded again. "Thank you sir," he said, and walked out of the room.

"All right, I'll take it." Passing the money across the counter, Korugar started to turn, then glanced back at the storekeeper. "Do you know if there's any good hunting nearby here? I'd like to try this bow out."

After leaving the shop, Salestor heard the sounds of gambling in the basement and went down to observe.

[Glitch]

"All right, I'll take it." Passing the money across the counter, Korugar started to turn, then glanced back at the storekeeper. "Do you know if there's any good hunting nearby here? I'd like to try this bow out."

"Yea... head south, you'll reach the woods.  Plenty o' huntin' there."

After leaving the shop, Salestor heard the sounds of gambling in the basement and went down to observe.

There appears to be a schedule for the fights, most of them look to be ceded to be even fights, but there are some spots left if you want to fight.  There's a smiling man in the corner, talkin' loudly and collecting money.  You can probably take bets with him.  The next fight is the mad man versus the indestructible.

EDIT: Is interaction between player characters allowed at this point? Just curious.

"Aye, I'll take yer money.  Fight starts in 10 minutes."
Yea, you can interact with other characters.  You can pretend to know each other from before, fight each other, whatever.  I'll get you all in the same place at the same time when the time comes.
