Salestor looked at the bear, realizing he was weak. He turned his head to look at the other members of his group. "Should we attack him head-on now? He has a bunch of weapons, and he's on fire. Shouldn't be too hard to put down," he said with a small smile.

"Wait" Shouted Aira "Look at johnathon". Suddenly 6 heads turned towardfs johnathon who had a blank look on his face. "I think he his setting up for an attack." Salestor said. "Give him some room" Korugar and Aira said simultaneously. And 6 people backed away from the dreadful but weakened bear.

Phew. Looks like I came back in time!

Reserved. Summary: Jonathan is going to attack. This'll just take five minutes.

Looking at the large zombie bear, with a dagger stuck in its face, three poison needles in its shoulder, and its dead furs burning in flames, Jonathan's mouth twisted into a savage grin. The black Vampire Tattoo on his back began to swirl and tingle as its dark magic infused Jonathan's body and blade. Jonathan opened his cloak and drew his Long Sword, which was now gleaming with a sinister red sheen.

"Don't worry about me," Jonathan turned toward his companions. "My ability is Vampire, and I will healed by my enemy's pain and injuries." And with that, Jonathan dashed forward gracefully, pointing the tip of his red-tinted blade at the bear's throat.

I understand that my attack might not succeed, but at least I won't get instantly pwned by the bear, right? I do have the Vampire ability after all, and I should at least inflict some damage to the bear.

Your dagger stab deals 2d4 damage.  Or in your case... 2.  As a level one vampire, you gain one health.
The bear rears up to dodge, barely being scraped.

In rage, it swipes at the nearest target, dealing 7 damage to blood.  He is now at 5 of 12 health.

You guys win initiative, your move.  The bear takes 6 poison damage.

How much health does the bear have, out of it's total?

EDIT: Or are we not allowed to know?

Regardless...

InC: Korugar drops his bow, starts to run and morph at the same time, and leaps, slashing at the bear's eyes in an attempt to blind(and reduce it's accuracy, if that's allowed) and flank the bear.

OOC: If I did too much for one turn, just cut me off wherever I should have stopped.

"Damn amateurs." Thrice shakes his head in annoyance at the brash actions of John and Korugar, sliding out three more Senbon and tossing them at the bears other shoulder, hoping to avoid the two melee combatants.

Swift gathers his concentration and sends another fireball towards his foe....for a short moment, while the fireball is just leaving Swifts controll, the fiery ball illuminates his face, showing an evil grin.

[Korugar]

OOC: @Purity, my character's move is actually meant to carry him over and a few feet away and behind(thus leaving him out of the bear's immediate reach) while drawing some attention away from the injured John....

Salestor leaped at the bear, slashing the bear's chest. He twirled around, and hit the the bear in the neck, before stumbling and hitting the ground. Seeing his hammer on the ground, he picked it up, and stood up again.

Aira saw Swift send a fireball towards the creature "I want in" he said. Suddenly he stung and launched his last poison arrow through the fireball. The fireball ignited the poison so now the creature had a poisonus, burning arrow to deal with along with the various other things attacking it.

Dammit, somebody heal me. My melee attacks ain't gonna do no good here.

BTW, Gl1tch, I used a SWORD, not a dagger. It should probably deal more damage.

lucky for you our healer has yet to take an action.

and Korugar, my character fights with throwing weapons. He doesn't care who you are, or what you're doing, if you're in melee, you're dumb.
