These damned Middlerealm inhabitants and their sleep schedules! How inconvenient!

However, something else had transpired to catch his attention.

Is there anything in the rules against my participation in this curious event? No.

He followed into the basement, where a line of men were already gathered before one whom was apparently Middleplane, Time to be precise, royalty.

He stepped into place, curious to see what would follow.

[Glitch]

"And you don't try anything" the princess says glaring at Aira. Many fighters begin entering the basement behind her but Aira swiftly gets in front of them. He sees the princesses eyes. He immiediately gets in line. Behind only the lycan. "I hope i can qualify" He thinks to himself I need that time bow.

When she looks at you with her weird eye thing, you see her go pale a little bit.

"You..." she mumbles under her breath, before accepting your service and moving on down the line.  You don't see the bow on her anywhere.

Korugar stands at the back, with the compulsion to join, but unsure of the Princess's intentions. When she stands before him, just before she makes the motion, he puts his hand up and says, "What are you doing?"

"Precognition.  It's an ancient art we in the royal family know.  I can see your future." After scanning you with the precognition, her face appears crestfallen.  "It is not a good future.  Osiris save us all"

After accidentally scanning you, the princess says you are accepted to fight in her army.
Also, ddevans, don't let me forget your ability is lobotomize.  Something special gets to happen when she scans you.

"For someone with three eyes, i find it kind of odd that you expect people to follow you blindly.  For what reason do you need to recruit?  How long will we be indebted to you?"

[Glitch]

"Never" she says after a moment's hesitation, "never will you be indebted to me.  Always the other way around..."

She then turns to the whole group.  "You will be fighting one man, a lone man, who's been ravaging the mountains with unforseen strength.  You should be able to defeat him easily, and then the gold is yours."

[Korugar]

OOC: Oh, great, can't get any more...imprecise than that

"Who is this man who is so powerful that a member of the royal family, Asladioan, need our assistence." He said. "Also I apologize. you know what for."

Swift reluctently steps into the line.

"What further intelligence can you provide on this enemy whom apparently has eluded all the efforts of the kingdom to neutralise him? And why do you suddenly expect us to succeed where others must have failed before us?"

Salestor stepped into the line.

[Glitch]

"Who is this man who is so powerful that a member of the royal family, Asladioan, need our assistence." He said. "Also I apolagize you know what for." 

"No need to apologize," she says, "but you are destined for another bow.  If we do this right, no one in the royal family will need assistance.  We'll overwhelm him before he even gets close."

Swift reluctently steps into the line.

When she scans you, you notice a look of surprise on her face.  She puts you over by the others, but she starts separating some of you from the rest, paying more attention to you, and treating you kinder.  Aira, Swift, Korugar, and Eridael are getting somewhat special treatment.

"What further intelligence can you provide on this enemy whom apparently has eluded all the efforts of the kingdom to neutralise him? And why do you suddenly expect us to succeed where others must have failed before us?"

"We know nothing of this man, as he has also learned the art of precognition and is blocking our scans.  But we know he is not from time, and we know he is strong.  We ask you to fight because Time has other wars to deal with" she says, sneaking  a sideways glance at Aira.

Salestor stepped into the line.

As she scans you, your lobotomize does something strange.  Suddenly, you are seeing the future.

A large explosion from behind sandbags.

A strange beast with malignant cells leaping from it's mouth.

Traveling across the country in a caravan.

A large gap in time flies by too quickly for you to see.

You are talking to a large man, who speaks grim news.  He gives you something in a box, but you cannot see what it is.

Suddenly, you are atop a mountain in the land of fire.  A man approaches you, with strength you've never seen before.  Behind him you can see the entire world in ruins.  With the help of Eridael, Johnathon, Aira, Swift, Thrice, and Korugar, you imprison the man.  You feel the weight of a huge burden lifted.

You snap back to reality.

"Now you see," says the princess kindly, "why we must stop this before it occurs."  She motions for you to stand in line with the others.

"When do we leave to ambush this umm..."Man"" Aira asks Impatiently.

OOC I think blood is gonna be offline for a while should we wait or just take him along by finding him somewhere.

[Glitch]

Well, he gets in line with the rest of you.  But he'll need to be here for the battle.
"We ambush him a high noon," says the princess, "that's when he'll strike.  I'll pay you once the job is done."
