So? Thrice walks right on in like he owns the place, looking around with an appraising eye, as though he were scrutinizing, trying to pick out something special, a gift perhaps. He does this until the guard does something.

Well, we're in elf territory....and the word "fallen" was specified to him....

eh, still, we've never heard of 'fallen elves' why would someone just start calling them that. They might not be the only ones being converted. For that matter, we don't know what 'fallen' means yet. So we don't know if they get converted or changed. Fallen could mean they've fallen out of favour with the government, or the gods, or their family. Some obvious metagaming if you ask me.

Plus there was one post to show that he was thinking in the process of "Elf that has fallen. Elf Fallen. Fallen Elf." I'm not sure what happened to it though. Might have deleted or forgot to post it.
@Purity Your forgetting that this guy is a good 100 years old. You know the old legends that parents tell their children? Yeah, he killed one or two. For example, the boogeyman used to live in the swamps. Now he isn't. He's living about six feet under the swamp.  Of course, in his time there so few fallen elves that they were almost a legend, but not enough so that people stopped believing in them.
