Okay, here's my first of a few in game updates.
Raw quanta:
Raw quanta is highly deadly when dealt with uncontained. It isn't completely understood, but it's rare and uncontrollable. When a player comes into contact with quanta, he makes a save. Anything allow a 12 fails the save. A 13-19 warrants the negative effect. If you roll a 20, roll again. Anything other than a 20 warrants the negative effect. IF you roll two 20s in a row, you get the positive effect. Here are the raw quanta tables:

*Darkvision is the ability to see in the dark. Darksight is the ability to treat darkness like light. Quite literally, the darker the place you are, the
brighter your eyes see. Includes magic darkness.
**Zombified creatures are immune to DPT effects and must be killed by head trauma. This is different from Malignant creatures. (Your first enemy was a malignant bear).
***Total mutation includes lethal changes, changes vital organs and changes bone structure. The few that survive become abominations. Semi-mutation leaves most vital-organs/bone structure in tact. Improvement is semi-mutation, except the overall result is positive.
****Lightbleed is the exact same as bleeding damage wise, except your leaking life in the form of light. Lightbeings may become light like phasebeings may phase to incorporeality. Light beings may go anywhere light may go and may only be damaged by shadows or darkness attacks.
*****Fast/slow existence is when the length of time one second is individually is out of synch with actual seconds. E.G, if you have fast existence, you start living faster than the rest of the world, which seems slower than you.
Now, I will NOT be going through the full permutation (combination?) of what happens when quanta contact, but I will explain the opposites.
Think of aether and time like X and Y axis on the same graph. Everything that exists has a time coordinate and a space coordinate. But it's different from that, because aether and time cannot come into contact. Aether quanta exists outside of time, while time quanta exists outside of space. A good analogy for this, think of the moon and the oceans. While time quanta effects aether quanta and vice versa, the NEVER come into contact. If forced to hit each other, they would go through each other like the other didn't exist.
Air and Earth have a far less explosive relationship. Air quanta will pass around earth quanta rather than connecting with it. No matter the circumstance, air quanta will go around. Kind of like two magnets with the same polarity.
Darkness and Light have the strangest relationship. No one understands light, and no one knows why it goes where it goes. And, even more perplexing, dark quanta defies the conservation of matter. Where light does not exist, it does, and when light returns, it ceases existence.
Death and life, strangely enough, are the most SIMILAR of the quanta types. Those who study quanta can only differentiate between the two because of symptoms, not because of properties. When you die, the life quanta that powers you becomes death quanta. Life quanta and death quanta naturally repel each other, and if forced into contact, the life will become death and the death will become life. This process is used in the creation of liches. By killing the body before the soul, the death of the body traps the soul (souls are made of pure life quanta). This keeps the soul inside a dead body.
Entropy and Gravity are the most DIFFERENT of the two quanta types. Entropy while entropy quanta is in contact with matter, that matter instantly starts acted randomly, and inevitably, spreading apart. Gravity quanta, however, causes matter to move closer together. If they come into contact, their matter simultaneously moves farther apart and closer together, causing the matter to move rapidly, disintegrating into pure energy, no matter the portions of either.
Fire and Water simply cancel each other out. If there is more water quanta than fire quanta, then the difference of water quanta is all that remains.
