Level 1 range: 25 feet for unassisted magic, 50 feet for any assisted attacks (like arrows or slings)
Level 2 range: 40 feet for unassisted magic, 80 feet for any assisted attacks
Level 1 arrow damage: 1d6
Level 2 arrow damage: 2d4 damage
Every level gains an additional +2 bonus to hit for each level. (four levels in accuracy grant +8 to hit.)
Level 1 Lobo gives enemies a -1 to all active abilities they use.
Level 2 lobo gives a -2.
