I'll write that in a more story-like way.
"Hey, we don't accept animals in here, now get out," the innkeeper, a pudgy, harsh man, said.
Kunaton pulled out the 30
that he had. "Look, mister. I have money, and-"
"Okay! Your room costs 0
because there IS none! Now get out of my sight, dog-face." The innkeeper merely laughed as he turned his back to Kunaton.
Kunaton hardened his grip on the Chronon, still gasping for breath. "Entropists," he muttered under his breath. Deciding not to get in an argument, he slumped away outside the inn.
Guess I'll have to go elsewhere. Just then, a slender man wearing all black appeared in front of him.
"Hey, what are you doing?" said Kunaton, gripping his Chronon. "I don't have
TIME
for this."
"Do you want me to get a room for you? I know the innkeeper; he's not a bad person. He's just been low on electrum lately." The man seemed to be a human, although he carried many weapons on him.
"Well, thank you," said Kunaton, sighing in relief. They go back into the inn. Kunaton sees a strange Fallen Druid walking down the hallway to thew rooms.
"Hey, Amour!" says the innkeeper. With a look of distaste, the innkeeper then sees Kunaton.
"He's with me," said Amour. "Listen, get me another room, free of charge. For a pal."
The innkeeper spat. "Fine, just this once, but you owe me. Fourth to the left." He hands Amour a key. Amour passes it to Kunaton. "Thanks," he says. The pair head down to Kunaton's room.
