Name: Havelock Vetinari (Yes, I did that, chose not to make him similar, for anyone who knows who that is, and no Google!)

Description: Havelock is a messy-haired young man who loves to fight but not to kill. He has black hair, blue eyes, and is also quite tall. He has never met his parents, all he can remember is his sudden appearance in the Aetherlands and his long trek to the Frozen North, where he he trained with an elderly Ulitharid named Hiemdall until he had been killed by a Graviton Mercenary while he was already fatally ill, and he had passed on the last of his powers to Havelock, who felt it his duty to avenge him, but when he'd tracked the merc he had found out that he was a major general. So he decided he'd need allies to take him down. He wears a leather vest and ragged jeans all the time. He has a philosophy to never throw the first punch, but rather stab the opponent in the back before he knew the fight started.
Belongings: Magic Dagger Pouch (Creates daggers out of Aether energy), Sparks (Lightning Dagger).
Abilities:
1) Dagger Proficiency: Has great skill with Daggers. He can Havelock can throw them accurately at 100 paces, or use then for close-combat.
2) Lightning: Havelock can channel lightning out of the Aether. He can use it offensively, to burn/destroy things, and can charge his daggers with it.
3) Aether Control: Havelock can phase into the Aether and become intangible but unable to attack.
4) Agility & Reflexes: Havelock's training has givien his unparalleled speed and reflexes, allowing him to dodge in a moment and cover ground at incredible speeds.
5) Mind Flay: Havelock learned how to disable an opponent's skill from his mentor Hiemdall.
