So goes the ancient saying of the Anubi, a race of jackal-headed humanoids, wanderers of the Desert of Time. They were among the first intelligent races to develop, and their lifespans reached about 300 years. Kunaton is a young Anubis who lived in a village near the Pyramid, trained to become a warrior of the Legion of Time.
He showed great promise as a child, and, growing up, he only got stronger. He mastered the arts of attack, defense, and even dabbled in the ancient art of controlling time. On the day that he was to pass through the Rite of Mankind to become a fully grown warrior, the ancient Eternity was stolen from the inner sanctum of the Pyramid. Witnesses confirmed that a mummy stole it, fleeing to the east. Kunaton never forgave himself for not guarding the Pyramid like he should have, even though it was in no way his fault. Today, he starts off alone on a journey with powerful mind and powerful body to seek back the Eternity and return it to the eternal Pyramid of time.
Kunaton is relatively tall - 6 foot three. He always wears his leather armor, which also serves as his clothes. He has black fur and has the head of a powerful jackal. His hands and feet are slightly clawed.

Abilities:Chronon Mastery: Kunaton is very proficient in wielding his weapon of choice, the Chronon. This is because he is a strong and flexible warrior.
Immortality: Kunaton can bestow upon himself or one of his allies the gift of temporary immortality. He can make this immortality last from a minute to a couple of hours; the longer the immortality lasts, the more fatigue he experiences from the spell. He can only Immortalize one person at a time.
Temporal Summoning: Kunaton has a deep connection with the other creatures of time. Calling upon the temporal flow of the universe, he can summon a creature of time to assist him. Results range from friendly Scarabs to ferocious jackals, and perhaps even the great Silurian Dragon of yore.
Precognition: Kunaton has the ability to catch glimpses of things yet to come. This ability is difficult to control, however, so Kunaton usually uses this in a different way. He uses it to see into people’s minds, greatly assisting in times of need.
Death Toll: Anubi have an innate connection to death that dates all the way back to the beginning of the race. Kunaton has the ability to call upon some of these powers of death, able to instill within opponents fear, confusion, and dread. This ability can also be projected to the physical world, speeding up a person’s life processes in order to kill them by aging and causing plants to wilt.
