Ah.  I forgot you've never played an RPG before.

You, the players, are not supposed to decide the outcome.  That is metagaming at it's worst, and it's why DMs exist.  As far as RPGs go, this is just depressing.

Fine, Gl1tch; if you can conceive something plausible to add to this challenge, I will acknowledge it, though I perceive it to be quite impossible that you will be able to defeat Vaderael's force, should it come to that.

Remember, this battle's outcome is supposed to be clear; compared to the Obyriths, Morte is quite small.

Who said the angels attacked first?

While they may be invulnerable to a ridiculous amount of things, I doubt that they are invulnerable to rampaging mindless vampires.  And once the angels attack the first vampire, mindless or not, all hell breaks loose.
