[OOC] But Faustus is the master of death, right? Isn't he the one holding the balance? I see FGs as more like.. false Masters, because the only true god in this RP is Zanzarino and he isn't one of the base elements. The FGs are set to a specific element like the Masters. And the Master hold the balance, not the FGs. I see them as simply counterparts, but not the true opposites as fire and water, life and death, air and earth.. etc.

Save him or not, I have no opinion. Now, if the decision can't be made he could give into his fate and allow himself to be destroyed and be reincarnated as a good being. That way he dies and lives on at the same time.

1. Completely right. I think of the Masters as True Gods, so the FGs are more like False Masters. Zanz + Masters = Void + FGs.

2. That's a great idea. Morte himself, before he became a FG, was once a normal creature, whether a Reaper or some other Death-aligned creature. If the piece of Void inside him is dispelled, then he can reincarnate, and become normal again. I'm planning to have Mavros confess his sins before he die, so why not let Morte do the same?

1. I don't see the masters as gods, but I agree the FGs aren't masters either. That being said, that's not what Xanriel thinks of the FGs, since his father is one.

2.  We don't know anything about the Void, so we can't know that he needs to die to be redeemed, so Xanriel still won't let you kill him.

Concerning this "to be or not to be" question, I vote for attempting to preserve him; Catyrael's view of Justice has inherent inclinations towards Mercy, to mention nothing of his friendships with a merciful Archangel of War and with Lumaeliel.

If you all want to preserve him, then fine. But you'll have a pretty hard time trying to convince Morte to turn good, since he thinks we are all worthless garbage.

Is there enough room for me to join? I've been thinking about this topic for a long time,and thought 'hey? how about the masters can't turn into that huge thingy bloodshadow has planned unless they know the proper incantations? Maybe they zanz whispered the incantation so nobody could hear it? So maybe I could make a character that's great great great..... grandfather was zanz's personal friend and he was told most things?'

Summary  : I'm just weird and want to make a weird character in this RPG
