"...which will be an invaluable addition to your wandering band's growing arsenal," said the mutant Fallen Elf named Max. He was clothed entirely in an earthy brown, and those clothes seemed very clean, almost brand new. For an elf, he was more muscular than usual; but it was his long brown hair that revealed his affiliation with Entropy. His eyes were a deep shade of magenta, and Jonathan saw chaos and unpredictability in those swirling eyes.
"A new friend of yours?" Nyxia asked.
Jonathan narrowed his eyes. "Sneaking into Umbrios is no small feat, and I'll give you credit for that. However, I am less than perfectly willing to accept you into our party, because of your alliances with Entropy. We have destroyed Chaos Lord, the False God worshipped by your kind; you cannot blame us if we're suspicious."
"Then what can I do to prove my sincerity?" asked Max.
Jonathan frowned and mused. "First, you will have to allow us to probe your mind. When Xanriel recovers from his fatigue, me, him and Heimdall will join forces to try and detect any lies and trickery in your psyche."
"That is fine by me," smiled Max.
Suddenly, Jonathan heard the sound of a bow string drawing taut. Turning quickly, Jonathan could see Zanthos, his bow drawn and pointing at Max. "Step away from my friends, heretic, or you shall regret it." His green eyes blazing, Zanthos began to walk menacingly toward them.
"Yeah, good luck getting him to trust you," Jonathan sighed.
So Optimalist, now you'll have to deal with Zanthos. Can't be helped, since we have an Elf AND a Fallen Elf in our group.
