Nice map! Although, personally, I would make some changes on some of the elemental domains:
: I think there should be some sort of "floating island" in the sky, as the domain for Air.
: Mountains fit the theme of Earth more than Air. I think the mountains should be renamed the Earthen Mountains or something.
: For Water, there should be some sort of Atlantis-like kingdom or something. But the Frozen North works too.
: On your map it doesn't quite indicate what sort of landscape the Gravity domain is. I suggest the Basin of Gravity, since the land collapses into a basin due to intense forces of gravity.
: Personally I'd prefer if the domain of Fire is some sort of volcano-ish thing... It could be beside the Earthen Mountains.
and
: I'm really not sure about those two, but I don't think they should be near the shore. For Entropy, there could be some sort of "Bermuda Triangle"-esque thing... and islands could work. For some reasons, I think the domain of Aether should be completely inland, and there could be some sort of space warp surrounding the entire domain.
Those are just my personal thoughts, so it's entirely up to you if you use them or not.
