I always wanted to be the person that leads an RPG (like tell what's happening and that stuff). I already know that there's an adventure going on but I just really wanted to make my own one. So, first, you need to make a character that will do all the running and fighting. The character card is below. You have to copy it out and write in the information:

Character's Name: <how your character is named>
Element: <just pick your favourite element. You will get to know what you can do later.>
Brief Description: <about the character. How tall he is, is he athletic, itp.
Story: <a short story of your character's life so far, thier childhood itp.
Skills (up to 5): <the character's skills, so what can he do. Eg. Athletics, binding with the forest, psychopatic murdering... Anything you want. Just don't put in useless spam like "destroy the whole wide universe within a click of the finger.>

That's all for now. The map, spells and that stuff come later.

While I commend your efforts, you may need to give a little bit more of a backstory about your campaign idea, as well as a summary of the world, it will help people in creating backstories for their characters.

I'm a DM, so if you need any help, I'd be more than happy to lend a hand.

I'm curious as to how this can really work without digital dice rolling embedded in the forum. Unless doing D&D style stats, attacks, etc, won't be used? Then it would be more like just an RP(role play) in which we have characters and we all go on some kind of adventure following a pre-set backstory.

Once I get a large group of players (5-10) I will send the story, map, explanation of the 12 elements and thier ways, spells, itd. So basicly, what I'm saying is that I'll send the rest once I got the players.

Character's Name: Heimdall

Element: Water

Brief Description: Heimdall is a 6 foot tall male. He is a Ulitharid. He is abnormally thin and wears a loose, pale blue cloak. His features are smooth. He has blue eyes and a very thin, almost unnoticable scar on his wrist. His head is strangely shaped, much more tapered and oval than those of humans due to his large brain. He has several spines on his head and spines on his elbows which he can retract at will. His hands and feet are slightly webbed.

Story: Heimdall is a Ulitharid, a creature descended from the primordial seas that can live both under water and on land. He was born and raised in a small village near a river. Thanks to the location of his village, it was constantly under siege, so Heimdall trained as a Mind Warrior (a soldier who used psychokinesis to do battle). He was extremely gifted in the psychic arts and graduated first in his class - however, this made him arrogant. He took on a large mission by himself, attempting to ravage an entire Fallen Elf scout base. However, he was detected and nearly killed. He fled and went into hiding, and with the Elves still mad with revenge, they took over his village. He is now an outcast to the Ulitharid peoples, but he continues practicing his powers of the mind for self defense. He yearns to one day gain back the favor of the Ulitharid peoples. Now, he is a solitary and contemplative figure, having lost all his arrogance.

Skills:
Psychokinesis (Heimdall can move objects with his mind with ease. He can move small objects quickly and accurately, but larger and heavier objects are noticeably more difficult. Either way, his fatigue grows the longer he uses this skill. When used directly on a sentient creature, effects may vary.)

Mind Flay (Attack the enemy's mind directly, dealing considerably amounts of pain and agony. Effects may vary on different opponents.)

Psionic Wave (Attack the enemy's thought process and intellect, causing it to be momentarily confused and in a helpless state. Effects may vary on different opponents.)

Spines (Although he's not a martial artist, his retractable spines on his elbows can be used as a shock physical attack when a mental attack is not ideal. Heimdall's relative speed and agility are put to use when performing spine attacks rather than his strength.)

Amphibious (Heimdall can move and breathe on both land and water thanks to him being a Ulitharid. He is quick both above and under the water, although his stamina does not match his agility.)

Meh. I guess I'll give it a try.

Name: Kamietsu Aiamura

Element: Fire

Brief Description: Kami is of average height and slightly underweight. His hair flows in a small number of waves, ending just above his shoulders. His hair is black, but when the sun catches it, it glistens with a blood red sheen. Kami has no exceptional muscular build, but he has a large amount of stamina. Kami dons rather mismatched clothes, a red vest over a yellow long sleeve shirt and hot pink jeans. Topping it off, a pair of neon green boots, just to mess with people's eyes. Kami's personality, and attitude changes as rapidly as a fire can.

Story: Raised in a small town built on the bottom of a once dormant volcano. But as he grew up with his family, the mantle shifted around a lot, causing the volcano to once again be active. It was nothing more than a little smoke now and then, no cause for any immediate alarm. Life when on as normal, and Kami grew into a well respected young man. A big part of the community, often helping out wherever he was needed. But all good things must come to an end and. Without warning, because all awesome things start that way, the volcano erupted violently in the night. The light show was spectacular, but the town and people burning wasn't. The lava drifted down, moving much faster than anyone could run. Many of us made it to a large rock with a flat plateau on top where we remained somewhat safe as the lava flowed past us. One by one, people began succumbing to the heat. Eventually, everyone around Kami had died, and slowly the lava's heat began to cook their bodies. But Kami stayed strong, fighting the heat, fighting against Death knocking on his door. Several days, and much smoke inhilation, later, the lava had cooled enough to where it could be walked upon. That week changed Kami.

Skills (up to 5):
Pyrokinesis
Rage (sudden growth in strength)
Volcanic Skin (direct contact with organic matieral to his skin receives damage)
Fire Foot (use of small explosions under and around feet to give increased speed)
Smoke Screen (create a blanket of smoke within a set diameter)

Name: Verdelet

Element: Entropy

Description:  Verdelet is a mid ranked demon.  He takes on the look of an aging human, standing about 6 foot and rather scrawny.  Lacking any great physical abilities Verdelet is a powerful psycher.  He wears deer skin pants and boots with a cloth jerkin and is usually seen with a dark cloak and often uses a staff to walk with.  His hair is dull gray and his eyes are bloodshot with irises that are almost pitch black.

Brief History:  Verdelet like most demons was spawned.  Not sure were or when he soon found his way to populated areas where he could develop his powers.  As the years passed and his power grew he was able to change his form into the aging human he now appears as.  And like most demons he feeds of of certain primal emotions, his being fear and terror.  He can focus his power on single people or on multiple but the more people he effects the less powerful the effects are and the easier it is for them to break free.

Abilites:
Mind's Eye (Can see things that others can't and in places others can't, such as in the dark)
Doppelganger (Creates copies of himself, the more copies he creates the weaker they are)
Hallucination (Causes a person to see something or not see something that is really there)
Psychic Smash (Channels his mental energy along his physical attacks to make up for the lack of physical power)
Psychic Shield (Similar to the Smash he uses is mind power to soften a blow)

Character's Name: Xanriel the Poisoned

Element: Life

Brief Description:  Xanriel is a 6'11" Fallen Angel, he is thin for his height at 173 lbs. He is deathly thin, as though weakened by years of sickness. His platinum blond hair frames his face, hanging over his left eye. From behind the curtain of platinum, a milky blue stares blankly ahead, while his right eye gleams, a bright emerald in a white ocean. Ruddy tanned skin covers every inch of his toned body. Defined muscles, lacking in strength but clearly detailed, display the figure he must once have had. When his hair is parted, you can see a long, thin scar bisecting his well groomed eyebrow and his eye, blinding him in one eye. Beneath his large black cloak, soiled white wings, with a fifteen foot span lay bound, hidden from the world.

Story: Amongst the Seraphim, the judges of the heavens, there is a tale told in hushed whispers, when the gods let their angels rest. Xanriel was the singer of the high courts. His voice and his touch could cure the blind, or plague the unholy. Upon laying the final touches on his greatest achievement, the death of elven race, Xanriel returned to the heavens. One elf, a druid, survived the carnage and vowed vengeance upon the angel who killed his people. Using the forces of nature, and his new found connection to the entropy created that day, the druid brought his people back from the dead as terrible abominations, only a handful raised in their former glory. When next Xanriel returned to the material realm, the druid and his army of mutants descended on him, a terrible battle of flesh and carnage. Xanriel held his own, but their numbers were to great, and in the end, Xanriel stood against the fallen druid, corpses of elves and abominations at his feet. Calling upon the energies of entropy, the Druid cast a terrible spell upon Xanriel, stealing from him his immortality. Looking down upon the pathetic creature, the Druid left him to his fate, and since he had lost what made him one of them, so did the other angels and the gods.
      It has been a few short years since his battle with the fallen elves, and Xanriel has fallen into a simple life as an apothecary. Though he retains some of his powers, Xanriel is trying to live a simple life. To this day whispers as to what he hides beneath his cloak, and how he attained his deathly pallor fly abound, and rumors of the past of Xanriel the Poisoned still fall upon the ears of children, teaching them to watch what they reap.

Skills (up to 5):
1) Healing Hymn:   Still touched by the heavens, Xanriel's voice has retained it's healing powers. A simply Hymn from his lips has the ability to cure nearly any disease, purify the blood, or close near deadly wounds.
2) Touch of Life:   By channeling the divinity in his blood, Xanriel can concentrate his energies and pass them to another, bringing them back from death. The ability is so draining, that if Xanriel were to try to use it more than once a month, it would result in his own death.
3) Touch of Death:   Much as his touch has the ability to heal, so does it to harm. His understanding of death has only increased with his ability to heal and his own mortality. Necrosis is part of all living creatures, and calling that up, Xanriel's touch has the ability to infect others, poisoning them or bringing to them the most crippling of diseases. All but death is beyond his grasp.
4) Empasynthesis: Absorbing the energy of the world around him, Xanriel's mortality has not taken his ability to survive solely on the light of life given off by all creatures. So long as Xanriel can spend an hour a day dealing with others, he has no need to eat or drink.
5) Growth Factor: Xanriel's innate connection to life and nature has given him the power to bring renewed life and vigor to all living things. Once per day, by concentration his life force, Xanriel can increase his own life force and power, bringing himself close to his former glory. His sickly pallor is removed as his body returns to it's previous appearance, a powerful, masculine form, unbelievably handsome and muscular. His resilience to to damage is increased, making him nearly invulnerable to all physical attacks, as well as increasing his own attack force, giving him the strength of twenty men, and allowing him to summon the fabled Druidic Staff.

We have no physical strength character in our party. I recommend the next person to make a character profile make a brawny character.

Name: Jonathan Haemos Shade (John for short)

Element: Darkness

Description: John is a vampire/demon hybrid. He has medium height and build, and he is athletic and handsome; he looks like a 18-year-old. He has medium-length, blood-red spiky hair (refer to manga characters such as Naruto Uzumaki and Ichigo Kurosaki for the hair style). His eyes are blood-red and has slit-pupils, like vampires do; and he has long, blood-sucking fangs. Unlike vampires, he does not have pale skin and is not harmed by the sun; he is able to suck blood from other beings to replenish himself, but he does not need blood to survive. Normally he wears a black cloak, and the cloak has a blood-red gemstone just below the neck portion; when he is charged with power, red sigils glow on the cloak. He wields a sword with the hild and guard of a saber but a blade more like a Japanese katana; the blade is completely black, but it can absorb blood and it will have glowing red sigils once it absorbs blood. John is normally quiet and reserved, but deep down he cares deeply about his friends and loved ones; however, when angered, John can be cold and merciless to his enemies.

Background: John is the son of the demon archlord Phaeus Shade and the vampire princess Haemia. His father's faction of demons were allied with his mother's coven of "true" vampires (a non-human species with the ability to suck blood and convert others by choice), against the horde of "false" undead vampires (reanimated corpses with vampire-like abilities). Against Haemia's wishes, her coven betrayed Phaeus's demon faction because they wanted to unite the powers of "true" and "false" vampires to create a new vampire species powerful enough to overthrow the demons. When his parents were betrayed and killed, John was only eighteen years old, merely an infant by vampire and demon standards. Though he was powerful, John could not defeat the vampires by himself; as a result, John was forced to flee his parents' domain. He vowed that one day, he will punish the traitorous vampires and avenge his parents.

Skills:
Enhanced physical abilities: Due to his vampiric and demonic nature, John is much stronger and more resilient than a human. He has superhuman senses, strength, speed, endurance, and everything that comes along with that. He also possesses a very large amount of Darkness magic within himself, and he is very resistent to other magical attacks and curses.
Drain Life: John has the vampiric ability to drain the blood and life force of others and replenish himself. He can bite with his fangs, slash with his vampiric blade, or simply siphon the energy using dark magic.
Dark Shroud: John can cover himself with darkness and become one with the shadows. He is virtually undetectable in this state and is extremely fast and agile.
Shadow Blast: John can shoot out bolts of pure darkness from his hands or his sword. This attack does not drain life, but it deals heavy damage to enemies.
Demonify: When John is enraged, or when he needs to use his full strength, he will transform into his demonic form. His sclera will turn black, his hair will grow longer and wilder, his fangs will elongate, and he will grow two black horns on his head, a pair of large black draconic wings, and a long slender black tail. His black cloak will turn into black demonic armor, and his sword will become a large blood-red claymore. His physical and magical powers are greatly increased in this form. However, when he reverts back to normal, he will be tired and need to either recuperate or drain the life of another being.
