Scarab
Original Ruleset
Scarab is a forum game about answering definitions and agreeing with as many people as possible. If you choose the answer most people choose, you get points.
Example:
-Q: A creature whose attack is the same of its cost.
-A: Abomination, Blue Crawler, Spark, Electrum Hourglass, Phil Collins...
Yes. Anything can be an answer. Just know that only the most chosen answer gets points. (if 10 people choose Phil Collins, I'd laugh). There are 10 questions to answer, via a pm to the Organizer. Answers and points will be revealed later. Whoever gets more points will be winner.
Reverse Ruleset
Reversed Scarab is about getting your answered by as less people as possible. Everyone will be awarded points, based on how many people responded like them. Whoever gets awarded less points, will be winner. Answering is changed.
Example:
-Q: A creature whose attack is the same of its cost.
-A: Abomination, Blue Crawler, Phoenix...
You can't answer Phil Collins anymore.
As before, points and answers will be revealed later. You still have to PM the organizer with your answers.
2nd Best Ruleset
2nd Best Scarab is about getting your answered by as many people as possible, but not more than another answer. The 2nd most repeated answer gets awarded points, and the winner will be who gets more points. For the rest, it's pretty much as the Original Ruleset.
The three rulesets make for three different events, and award three gold medals (or more, blame ties). You can obviously sign up for only one of these rulesets.
