Elements Mafia – Siblings by ddevans96
This is a land of Elementals, beings that can command the elements themselves. Within this land, there was a town. Only 12 people lived in this town, but the False Gods deemed them a threat. As a test, they decided to send four elementals, within the bodies of villagers, to the little community. Thankfully, a savior known only as Zanzarino limited their power long ago. The villagers decided they would kill one person per day until the fire and water elementals were found. Meanwhile, the False Gods decided to kill one person per night until all were dead.
That's right. It's Elements Mafia.
Fundamentals:
1. Disputes with and private questions for me should be handled through PM. If you notice that I have made a simple mistake or if you have a simple question, please address them in the thread in bold.
2. Once you have died in the game, you are dead. Dead players are not allowed to make any more posts in the thread for any reason whatsoever. No communication about this game is allowed with non-players or players who are dead, even if you yourself are dead.
3. Personally attacking another player for something outside the Mafia is not allowed.
4. You are not allowed to quote any mod communication of any kind. You must paraphrase all information you wish to claim.
5. You are not allowed to post or refer to any images in your role PM, nor may you post metadata about mod PMs in an attempt to break the game.
6. Do not attempt to post generally unreadable or hidden text, Spoiler tags are allowed because they are easily noticeable. This rule is not meant to disallow breadcrumbing within the visible text of a message.
7. You may not use ciphers, encryption, or similar techniques, and you must post in English.
8. You must BCC all messages with another player to me.
Voting and Lynching:
1. Each round, during the Day Phase, you may vote for a player to be lynched.
2. You may remove or change your vote at any time during the Day Phase
3. You may choose not to vote, but if you do this for three rounds in a row, you will be modkilled.
4. The Day will end when a majority lynch is decided or after 48 hours. If deadline is reached and two players are tied for the most votes, I will randomize the person who is killed.
5. After the majority lynch has been decided the lynch scene is posted. After the lynch scene is posted, the game will move to Night.
6. There is no posting in this thread during the Night phase.
Activity and Deadline:
1. You are required to post every 96 hours. If you fail to do so, you will be modkilled. I will usually tell you if I'm considering modkilling you. If you will be inactive for an extended period of time, inform me, and you will be replaced.
2. I do not expect to grant deadline extensions, except in special circumstatnces. In the event I need to replace a player, I may extend the. Certain game events may also result in a change of deadline.
3. Nights will generally last approximately 24 hours. If you have a Night action and do not wish to use it, please send me a PM to that effect, lest I have to wait until the deadline for naught.
Other Rules:
1. All roles are assigned entirely at random using a random name generator.
2. This game can be confusing, so if you have any questions, ask me.
3. I have the right to remove someone from the game if they are being rude or inconsiderate.
List of Roles:
* 4 False Gods: The main part of the mafia. These players start out knowing each other. Their goal is to kill at the other players. Every night phase, they can choose a player to kill.
*1 Treacherous Sibling: A member of the mafia. This player is linked to one of the siblings. When their sibling dies they are killed as well, and their role is revealed.
* 3 Siblings: Members of the town. Two of these players are linked with each other, and one with the treacherous sibling. They do not know if their sibling is the treacherous one or not. When they die, their sibling is killed as well, and vice versa.
* 1 Archangel: A member of the town. This player can choose one person during the Night Phase. If that person is targeted by the False Gods the same night, that person is not killed.
* 1 Oracle: A member of the town. This player can choose one person during the Night Phase. That person’s role is revealed to the Oracle. If the treacherous sibling is targeted, it shows up as Sibling.
* 1 Traveler: A member of the town. This person can choose one person during the Night Phase. The Travelers role is revealed to the person he chooses. If he chooses a False God, he is killed.
*1 Vigilante: A member of the town. This person can choose one Person during the Night Phase. If that person is a False God, the False God is killed instantly. If that person is innocent, the innocent cannot vote for one turn and he is revealed to be an innocent.
* 8 Civilians: The main part of the town. These players have no special abilities. Their goal is to find and kill all the False Gods. They lose if they are all killed or they are outnumbered by the False Gods
