If you're reassigning all the roles, then you're just starting a new mafia, in which case, I'll just lock this topic, and move on to the next themed mafia.
People who have roles should be able to keep their roles, so long as they can prove they have roles, and everyone else should PM you asking for their roles. Randomize whats left amongst them.
If you are just reassigning all of them, then there's no point in keeping this mafia open.
