That's 26 people, according to my count.
Okay, thoughts on secondary roles:
Gargoyle: I might replace immortal with this one. It would increase the elements theme, and it kind of makes sense that there would be SOME penalty for dying

.
Chaos seed: Maybe.
Mutant: Me is like this idea.
Titan: People say OP. I'm not quite sure, but I'll go with what they say.
Eternity: Maybe... not sure though.
Discord: possibly underpowered, but I like the randomness. I think I would make it so that it randomizes the vote to someone who already has at least one vote; otherwise it's essentially removing one person's vote.
Arsenic: OP as the game goes on. If a fake god gets this, things would get ugly. The person would likely be identified as soon as they try to use it. Maybe though... if I can't find enough.
Morning glory: nah.
Jade staff: nah. I don't want too many people with powers that make them immortal in some way. We'd get too many early confirmed innocents.
Pulverizer: I kind of like this one. I think it would bring another element of strategy, and would be another role that is difficult to use. Should you use it early, or save it? Though if used, I wouldn't say
who used it.
Fahrenheit: would work with a smaller game, but considering how many people there are... nah.
Lobotomizer: No. If someone's role is permanently removed, the game becomes less fun for them. That is one thing I definitely want to avoid

.
Trident: Similar to lobo, would get less fun.
EE: interesting. Could essentially turn into "If you vote for a fake god, your vote counts double." Maybe.
Vampire stiletto: whoa. No thank you

.
Gavel: a bit annoying... I'm just afraid I would forget to undo it since it's automatic

.
CURRENT LIST: 26 PEOPLE (I've also added some that I thought of last night, that can be removed or balanced if desired by the players): Secondary Roles: The game has however many secondary roles we need. These are randomly distributed between each player at the start of the game.
Spy: Every other day, you may select a player. You learn that player's secondary role. Basically a less powerful oracle-type thing.
Anubis: Every other day, you may select a player. That player is immune to secondary roles (virus, tradesman etc) for that night. Kind of a minor doctor. Btw, I would activate all of those roles at night.
Mind flayer: Every other day, you may select a player. That player is not allowed to use their secondary ability the next day, and if it's passive (vigilante, village idiot etc) then it does not activate that night. It still recharges if it needs to (for example, if the con artist chooses someone on day one and is lobotomized on day two, they can still use it on day three). Somewhat of a replacement for supreme being, and clarified.
Liar: The person who is voted for by liar on the lynch board looses liar's vote and 1 more
Gambler - Chooses two players every other round. One player‘s role is revealed to the other (it‘s random). The gambler does not get this information. This ability MUST be used when available. This ability is used by PMing the host the names of the two target players.
Village Idiot - Your vote doesn’t count.
Priest - May choose a player every other day. If the targeted player is ever targeted by the FG's, this player knows. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player.
Con Artist - May switch one player’s vote every other round. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player.
Vigilante - Your vote counts twice.
The “Witness” - May save one person from being lynched during the game. Your role is revealed when you do this. You can’t use this power on yourself. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player. You may include more than one player's name.
Tradesman - Switches secondary roles with the target player. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player.
Ghost - If killed with this secondary ability, can still vote.
Fallen Elf = Randomly reassigns a person’s secondary ability. This ability is used by PMing the host the name of the target player. This ability may be used every round.
Gargoyle: once per game, you are saved from death. After that, your vote no longer counts.
Vulture = Vote power starts at 0 and increases by a half each time a person dies.
Armagio = Can sacrifice self to save another person from death. Does not target a player, you simply say if you want to save the lynched person or the mafia hit person. If the targeted player was also targeted by the doctor, the armagio still becomes the intended target and dies. If the doctor targeted the armagio instead, the armagio is saved, as well as the person the FG's targeted. However, this ability can not be turned off.
Shrieker = Can burrow self to become immune to abilities but loses voting power while burrowed. This ability is activated and deactivated by sending a PM to the host. If activated, it can only be deactivated once the round is over, and vice versa.
Virus - Kills self and target player. The target player always dies unless immortal or burrowed. You still die regardless. This ability is activated by sending a PM to the host.
Mutant: Every night, I will randomly select a secondary role for the day, which will be PMed to you. If you get a role that can only be activated every other round, you may use it regardless of what you used last round, even if you get the same role as the last round. If you activate a permanent ability (shrieker, armagio) it still affects you for the rest of the game - unless for example you get shrieker again and unburrow.
Pulverizer: Once per game, Pulverizer can deny either the FGs or the Civilians the ability to kill for one round.
Discord: Each turn, Discord can randomize one person's vote. That vote will be randomly turned into a vote for someone who already has at least one vote.
Eagle's eye: Each turn, You may guess the primary and secondary role of the person you voted for. For each correct guess, your voting power is increased by one for that turn. You will not be informed of whether your guess is correct or not.
Chaos seed: Throughout the game, you get four "charges." You may activate these all at once, or one at a time. For each charge you use, select a player and a target. That player's vote is changed to that target (this is not public).
And three more. Not sure yet... still open to suggestions

.
Sorry for the giant post
