This is why i thought mafia would think I would heal OA so I went with rob instead. I had initially thought of targetting Oa too before this post.

There is an extremely high chance that kae RB'd Poke. Kae admitted that Oozora Police was never shared with serprex, so there is no other (reasonable) explanation for Poke's abilities failing.
