Unless Raiden and Seele are both town, or all three of you are scum, you cannot rely on hitting the proper target. Do not use. We have a lot of info now, but I do not think we can rely on our roles to vig mafia this game.
I'm not sure if this is exactly how it works, but if he's redirected, it would be his first shot on anyone it redirects to but me, so it shouldn't vig them, right?
Right, but if Raiden/Seele are scum and Coffee is town, agreeing on a target allows Cecilia to be redirected onto you, killing you.
Well, he can probably target someone else at random then, and hope that the ability is not redirected. Also, if they use the ability like that, they can't redirect the NK as well, unless they have both Seele and Raiden.
N0 Raiden makes the most sense if you wanted Seele to get Raiden from my point of view. Your current scum reads are also Seele and Raiden, so I do not want to give a plausible excuse of being redirected.

How would scum know DC was Seele again? Cocalia flipped town, so they should not have known?

Also, does everyone remember the timings of the clarifications of multiple Raidens intersecting? I think we can read something into this as well. Town DC asking for this clarification via pms does not seem very likely, and no one else should have known there were two Raidens at that point unless DC is scum. Galaxy brain read right there 
I was suspicious after N0 but obviously did not know. My 'can confirm' after your reveal was not positive but it lined up perfectly with my observations.
Ok, here's my current summary on the situation that people can refer to should I get killed.
My current guess on the scum team is, in order of likelihood:
- andretimpa
- DoubleCapitals
- CoffeeDitto
If anyone not on that list has concrete evidence of a third mafia in favor of Coffee, my following plan for this night will be void. The plan is to give the entire auspected scum team a chance to redeem themselves. If I die, they failed at that and you should probably stick to lynching that team.

The only way I can see us not lynching Coffee tomorrow is if someone has a concrete lead on a different scum member or he kills himself. Killing yourself instead of mislynch is a pro town move.
I have a very different understanding of how the mechanics work. If mafia NK Cal in this scenario, you and I end up dead, Flash Counter does nothing. o0
