I decided that there isnt that big a rush to confirm ian, so he should use his ability on 2 people other than himself tonight. and get confirmed n4 at the earliest I guess (unless someone actually does die to it). This way he doesnt have to holster and has a small chance to confirm himself without outside help (obv he has to choose targets in secret, otherwise mafia just nks someone else).

Cecilia should definitely target someone to confirm/deny coffee. If raiden really wants to kill someone that was previously targeted, we have confirmed mafia interference.
Coffee, if you dont want to take responsibility for the likely missvig (remember you dont even have to finish them off), you can hold an unofficial lynchvote. Just make the deadline for it before nightdeadline, otherwise you cant submit it.

Since ian claimed using ability on w3 and myself N1, your plan is simply not possible. This does open up the opportunity to confirm as early as N3 if you go for Cecilia vig. Not sure I like it, since if not at least 1 mafia gets killed by it, we'll be one day closer to lylo. That's not even counting Field of Blades, Core of Death or Flash Counter and such. Killing two town to confirm one is never worth it, so you need to somehow make sure at least one mafia is among the targets.

Actually killing 2 town to make a town unlynchable is worth it so long as there are more than 3times as many villagers as scum, which is still the case (for simplicity if we scale it up and let the mod kill 2 random town for a modconfirmed town we would be left with 3 clear town, 1 unclear town and 3 scum, so so long as noone misslynches the unclear town the game is solved). Combine that with the fact that town vigs dont always miss and its worth going for.
Ian did you use your ability n1 or n0? I always get confused between those 2 myself, so i had assumed you used your ability asap.

But mafia would just NK the confirmed town, which does not sound better than a random lynch + NK, along with an additional night for information roles. Guess I'll just leave it at not worth it from my point of view.

Denying the claim is much harder, especially if there really is a Raiden Mei messing around with the plan, or Coffee gets NK-ed.

Actually, as long as the target dies you can prove there was no Raiden interference, OR that Coffee and Raiden are mafiabuddies OR that ian is the lying scum. If the target does not die, it proves nothing for ian, Coffee wil either be dead or blame Raiden.

As long as we trust Coffee, we get a long way to confirming ian or finding mafia Raiden. But afaik that is kind of an issue right now, so not something you can count on consensus for.
