Can be used to roleblock offensive Herrscher roles?

If you already know they are Herrscher, they should be lynched. There are some cases where it may be good to use as town (an extremely likely Herrscher doesn't get lynched), but I will not advocate its use.

Spoiler for Yae Sakura(defensive):

Seems like an overpowered scum ability to protect their entire team from cop. Please do not use this ability.

Can be beneficial for town as long as it doesn't coincide with Durandal target. Yae should out a list of targets here and Durandal investigates outside of it.

This sounds like a bad plan. All the targets will be immune to Fu Hua, allowing mafia a choice of guaranteed NKs. Raiden Mei takes priority and could potentially move the NK elsewhere (including Herrscher), but you would effectively be nullifying Fu Hua.

Spoiler for Emma Planck(informative):

Should be used whenever possible. Identify living power roles to help protect them. Durandal N0, Fu Hua N2.

Both can be Herrscher.

As I mentioned before, subtle things. Like not forcing Durandal to counterclaim if someone thinks a fake Durandal claim will save them from getting lynched, but having Emma Planck do it. If you need to choose between lynching one of two people of unknown alignment, of which one has a role that is really useful to town if they are town, you choose the other.

No usage.

I disagree; if someone claims, Cocolia can verify this. only concern would be a fake or maf Cocolia.

I'm not saying the information is useless, I am saying you do not need tips on ability usage for an ability that is passive.

There's also some theorycrafting I've done: if Emma Planck finds someone's role, and Theresa determines that person's ability type and it doesn't match with what their role is, they're confirmed Herrscher. It can't confirm someone as town, but it can confirm if they have a Honkai core.

That's basically what I was saying on Theresa. You do not even need Emma Planck for this. As long as people are truthful about their role claims, anyone that has claimed will be a viable target. That's one of the reasons I'm being so insistent on truthful role claims.

I have a question to those who analyzed the roles more than I did. Is there any drawback of discussing Cop targets? Can mafia intercept it without giving away one of their roles?

You can intercept it, have it aid in identifying cop, have it aid in killing the target and more. Cop should not target an agreed upon person.

Also keep in mind that mafia may reduce the potential number of confirmed town asap by NK-ing those that have been targeted by Durandal but were not mafia, I think.

If Seele outs and Hua uses their save on Seele n0/n1, assuming that it's successful, we can have staggered docs such that there isn't a round in which someone isn't saved until they kill one of the docs. This could be useful a bit later in the game. We could also infinitely chain the docs on each other as long as Raiden is town sided and doesn't drive one of them away from the other. A town Liliya could further solidify this strat assuming that the Raiden is still town sided, as the Raiden can drive the Flash Counter from Liliya onto another player. Will need confirmation from sky on that one.

Would likely get neutered by mafia if they have any ability which supercedes the Doctor's ability (at least 4, more depending on how precedence works), especially if they have a good mafia role that does nothing for town

Ughh, you made me look up what these roles do.

Core of Lightning can identify the cop, which is admittedly bad if the cop does not immediately find mafia.
Raiden on an agreed cop target can only be mafia. It gives the information to town that a Raiden is mafia.
Himeko on agreed cop target essentially gives away that a Himeko is mafia. And if cop is about to target mafia, they won't use it.
Yae is a wildcard, because a failed ability is vague enough to backtrack it to a single role. But if we do, we know a Yae is mafia.
Why did you list Lieserl here? Mafia knows that the target was targeted by a cop, but won't know which player has the cop.

The only good reasons why I think discussing cop targets is not good are the following:

• Core of Lightning, because if the cop does not find mafia, we lose the cop in the following two nights.
• Yae can block it without making it easy to figure out it was Yae.
• You could argue that identifying a role to be mafia is not worth delaying the cop for one night. If you are that kind of person.
