Ah damn, I had forgotten that was a rule in my "Generic rule set" I had saved. I'll fix that in a jiffy, thanks for catching it! I'll make that correction here, and in my notepad

Corrected, it is still not roleblocked (though, the nightkill would be the thing sending in the roleblock anyway, so its a moot point)

And alright, if thats the FGO ruling, then I at least want to make sure the entire mafia team is CC'd on any PM regarding the nightkill, so members can voice their protest in the event someone makes an action for them.

How does the Factional NK rule affect the 1U abilities that are granted? Does it just go to the mafia faction? This seems like it grants even more power to mafia as it prevents a good lynch from eliminating a granted 1U.

Also, I am not opposed to the NK being factional and, therefore, it not mattering which mafia member sends it in. It would seem odd to me, however, if Mafia Member A can send in unique role abilities for Mafia Member B (the 1U abilities in this game).

Town is technically a faction, but if I learn that rob's role is doctor and he's inactive (lol), I can't submit his action for him, right?

The Nightkill is not factional, that was an error in the rules. The mafia roles are tied to individual mafia members.

Mafia can send in ability uses for each other, but the owner of the ability always takes priority. Disputes on the Nightkill target are decided by majority rule. An even split results in no Nightkill.

Whichever person is sending the nightkill is using their ability. If me, and link are mafia, if he has me send in the nightkill, my ability will go off.

I don't understand all this going-on that seems to aim to make inactivity inconsequential or a non-factor for mafia faction but more-or-less ignores or is OK with inactive town hurting the town faction.
