Less experienced players might be more apt to fire without caution on N0/N1, and it happens that fabian was the target that the sights rested on. Jailer!fab hitting Bodyguard Ability2 is a possible realm as well. Either that, or we have another Politician ingame

Your postulate would mean the game has TWO bg's in it... I cannot rule out Criminal-Politician!you (Sol) redirecting onto Fabian, at this juncture -- while I don't believe that is likely now it is possible.

My current state of not doubting your claim and action/target is what makes it seem unlikely to me... but I do not have any hard evidence to be able to deduce concretely that you aren't lying.
