Based on the priority list posted in OP... a Criminal-jailer should not be able to interfere there as Politician redirecting ability 1 is higher priority than Jailer ability 1. Sol - if you double-cross I think you know your fate, eh?

Bodyguard is another high-role-priority but considering how BG ability 1 works it doesn't have much in the way of nefarious use/purpose to be used here...
