I'm almost 100% sure that Solaris is not scum. If he was, then he would basically be leading his faction to a loss due to the fact that they would be down 2 members by the second night phase.

Or if he would be town, he would be trying to defend himself over here?

Technically, either way he should be defending himself from this lynch, but he stated clearly in chat that he does not care at all... so I'm kinda confused about that.

The chance that the role could be mafia as well doesn't immediately make Sol maf.. Honestly, he'd have to be pretty stupid to not defend himself if he was mafia.

Your claim means pretty much nothing, to be fair.

Nothing you've done screams pro-town. Lots of appeal to emotion and passive aggression and little substance. The last post you made that truly added value to town was arguably three days ago. You had roughly 24 hours where the vote was close that you could have attempted to swing it and you didn't, and you've shown you don't really care if you die.

So naturally I'm going to give you an out.

Townsol is borderline suicidal, I was scum with him last game and while a lot of his ways of speaking are the same, the daring "come kill me then" attitude is different.

I don't think he's suicidal. This rule prevents him from doing so, at least:

"6.   All players' actions should be primarily motivated by winning the game. Throwing the game for no strategic value is not allowed."

That rule prevents nothing, more or less. AFKS are constantly violating that rule in your interpretation, that rule is mainly there to stop people from purposely killing their own mafia team, or trolling the game. Suicidal Town is absolutely not impacted by it. Solaris could scream "Im a mafia int member come kill me assholes" and he would still not be breaking this rule.
