Confession: I regularly skim rules up front and refer back to them when they're needed (which is very often, to be fair) rather than take it all in up front. Prevents information overload.

Summary:
There is a lot about your reads that feels forces, faked, or simply flat considering the overall nature and content of the post. It is not concrete or a lean/read yet but I get a scum feeling about it. I'll be monitoring if you're able to manage some more posts this Day phase (sure hope you do...) that ring differently than what I see here.

As I said early on in the game, I'm absolutely awful at postreading and figuring out who's who based on the way they play the game.

@w3 You say rob and Sol are scum reads, but you don't have a vote down. Why not?

I generally find it scummy to shade someone without voting, as it is a way for mafia to get town credit without having to actually vote on their teammate.

That's fine. But do you have any thoughts or updates based on rob's feedback? Or based on anything else that has happened since putting out your reads? Any thoughts on where your vote will go today?

Head cold is improving - full analysis and comments on UT/www3/Luna reads in the next ~15 hours (EOD is ~33) even if I do need a force it a bit. As usual, if a particular piece of it is desired sooner I can do so.

I was trash at this for a long time, don't worry. iancu's right, it's mostly instinct, and you'll improve over time. Speaking for myself, the effort is appreciated and any reads add value to the game, regardless of how valid the details of those reads may or may not be, because it still gives the rest of us stuff to work with.

Also, rob. He (espi) was vieing your profile. A town wouldnt really be doing that.

Can you walk me through how you're finding that scummy (you stated it was scummy for Espithel to do it -- would you find that scummy of other players too)?

Espi defended sola's and link's self vote. He voted on sub when sola and sub were tied (to either protect sola, or to vote away from his mafia partner).

Let me get this straight.

You are planning to sit back and just follow the thread to see if Sol or I are the most scummy and deserving of your vote? If you think we're both scummy I would more often expect a town-player in that position to vote one of them (commonly, the lower voting total at the time for helping setup later vote-totals/placement analysis) and THEN follow along and interrogate those two players to decide who to END UP voting as the scummiest of the two.

I dont see any other reason for him to view your profile apart from exchanging pms with his fellow mafia partner.
