Never have I ever...
seen a better TL;DR than this one from UTA.
@ DC - are you town? What do you think if Hitman shoots at you tonight??
@ dawn -- Ok. Still isn't Hitman ability which is what JCJ is concerned about.
Yes, and erm, mixed emotions. Am I getting a lot of scum vibes now? But based off my own logic at this point, the hitman, should, in theory shoot me. Because they couldn't get a word out of me.
But of course I know I'm town so my job is to convince you that that is a terrible idea.
DC - what are those mixed emotions? It seems pretty clear cut to me... If you're town then you should KNOW that you dying by Hitman shot (if Hitman is town) is:
* A town!you dying
* The waste of a town PR
* Town one step closer to parity and losing
It isn't so much your job to convince anyone to not kill you but more accurately if you're town then your job is to help town's win-con by:
1. Providing input that helps narrow down who is Criminal
2. Voting in ways that you can support as trying to help town find Criminals and kill them
3. Using night actions, whatever you may have, to benefit town objectives
4. Not waste time _only_ defending yourself unless you are convinced that is the only and best way you can pursue the above items.
(Note: I scum-read or lean players that get too much into simply defending themselves just for the sake of them not dying because Criminals definitely have a more vested interest in simply not dying whereas town should be somewhat interested in not dying but _not at the expense or exclusion_ of finding the other Criminals.)
