By reading how the roles work from the Original Post of rules and whatnot by Kuro. There was some softing and beating-around-the-bush about it earlier in the Day Phase as well, by at least me if not others...

This post confuses me, gino.

UTA has claimed and evidence strongly supports his being Refugee role. Sub and I have surmised what that means about his not voting yet this day phase. That _IS_ the 0 voting power discussion.

What are we not helping with?

If you expect to need breadcrumbs then do so but don't blow the cover or claim before you need to...
