I literally explained the post before yours. I thought it was unbalanced, so i asked. If asking if a game is balanced in the first night is a scumtell then i have no idea what to do lol.
Also, you have played as mafia with me in the past. you know my first response to any question is to PM the host

@kuro, sky's mafia very nearly killed the game for me. Before that there was another bad game involving a restart iirc. these rules looked good enough to give it one more try, but maybe others are still burnt out from bad ones.

On a serious note, why are there only 2 mafia with 12 players, not 3? I mean easymode..

If there were three mafia, town would lose after 3 mislynches.

I don't know if Dema's reaction was serious, but I find this a scummy thing to say myself.

I favour a fun game over winning. But fair enough, 3 lynches to loss is too hard, just thought it was supposed to be 1:3.

Also, if I was mafia, I'd PM the host that, not say it publicly

Mafia 62 had a 1:6.3 ratio, Mafia 64 had a 1:2.3.

I looked through old mafias, and there was quite some variance in civ:mafia ratios.

2 is probably best. As the player pool increases, you can have a higher ratio, but with low numbers like these the game just ends too soon. In a game with 400 mafia and 600 civs, you'd need 100 mislynches to end the game lol.
