Kuroaitou is treated as dead, so cannot be targeted for the Lynch, Nightkill, or any abilities besides vulture. If all players sharing his primary role die before he resurrects himself, the game is over, regardless of a Phoenix still existing.

You guys are just trying to lose huh? I'm going to be nightkilled tonight, but oh well. I had the fallen elf roll, targeted Kuro the first night, targeted myself the second when I stopped seeing fallen elf as ever being useful this game. I got vulture and used it on Ian on the third night. I guess it's possible for me to get saved by the Guardian Angel once, so maybe I can get one ID off if I'm not lynched.
