Roles that can manipulate votes:
- Strawberry Ice Cream Cold Blood (Passive) You bleed when exposed to sunlight. Your blood constantly drips onto the two players directly below you on the signup list. Non-strawberries will have their votes negated until they are no longer being dripped on.
- Grapefruit Urban Legend (Passive) Legend speaks of a grapefruit that rose to power. You gain 1 Voting Power permanently whenever a player listed lower on the signup list is lynched. You are notified each time this occurs.
- Apple Teacher’s Pet (1U) Complain to the host about target player’s behavior. You can’t complain about yourself. The target’s vote is permanently negated, but only if you can find and quote a spelling or grammar mistake that he/she made in the thread and send it to the host. They will be notified. (Mistakes made in other languages are still mistakes. Quoting something that isn’t a mistake refunds this ability.)
- Pomegranate Elegantly Eloquent (Passive) Your Voting Power is equal to the number of characters in your username, divided by 3 and rounded down.
- Pear Unique Shape (EoR) Attempt to describe the shape of any fruit in 20 or less words when using this ability. If you succeed, your Voting Power is increased by 4 for the following day. (The fruit doesn’t have to be a role in this mafia. You can’t describe a fruit using any method that annoys the host.)
- Blueberries Native Faith (Passive) Your Voting Power is 5 as long as everyone has faith in your civilian mannerisms. Therefore, this ability is disabled if someone votes on you at any point, even if that person’s vote would be negated by another effect.
- Orange Citric Acid (Passive) Whenever you are targeted by an ability, the first living player below you on the signup list that has not yet been set on citric fire is set on citric fire. When you die, all mafia members on citric fire have their Voting Totals permanently increased by 4.
- Lemon SourPls (1U) List as many subscriber-only Twitch emotes as you can and send them to the host. The following day, your Voting Power is equal to the number of Twitch emotes you sent.
- Passionfruit Ava’s Flower Shop (Passive) If you click on the link in Sky’s signature, obtain an Epic card in Fippe’s card game, and then show the host a screenshot, your Voting Power increases by 4 permanently. The increase will take effect immediately.
Additionally, we don't know what Pure Strawberry can do but I feel like if it's voting manipulation, it hasn't been activated on this occasion.
I'm going to ignore Lemon because I feel that any sane person would research Twitch emotes and list enough to make all other votes negligible.

Grapefruit might be complicated. Two players have been lynched so far: Kuroaitou and Ryli.
I nabbed the sign up list from the start of the game and removed irrelevant players.
If Linkcat is Grapefruit, he would get +2 VP. dd, math and kdz would get +1. I'm assuming kdz is pomegranate though, and dd is pineapple.
Apple: I'll assume that everyone has made a mistake at some point, but Apple would be likely to use the ability on someone very suspicious like UTA or sky. Additionally apple could be anyone, not just someone from the list. And it's about negation rather than addition. So I'll just pretend it doesn't exist.

Orange: the only dead Orange is danil. Increases vote total by 4 if they're mafia and if they're below danil. Ryli satisfies neither of these conditions.
Lemon: As said, ignoring this one (although the lemon could send only an unremarkable number of votes in order to remain hidden. But it would be more sensible to send an unusual number in order to be confirmed by a Peach.)
