In the case the Nightkill target was the Policeman who tried to Arrest the Mafioso, they would block each other, but the Nightkill is higher in the ability order list (yes, the Nightkill is not an ability, but it needed a place in this list).

dawn to dusk (1) - Demagog

So Dawn's hand was kind of forced to kill someone by Link, but has largely been inactive the whole game, only posted enough to keep from being modkilled. Unless I'm forgetting something, nothing has happened that would truly clear Dawn's name.

Obviously Dawn cares enough to want to stay in the game by avoiding a modkill, but has stuck with the "post the absolute minimum" the whole game.

Err why isn't Kuro confirmed? Ginyu just said they would have canceled each other out.
