No lynching doesn't risk losing a civvy but it also doesn't help with the spread of information, scumtells and stuff like that. We should at least get some discussion going here

Did some reading here and a few other places. Consensus seems to be that No Lynching D1 is always in mafia favor. Hmm. With that in mind, I am going to change my vote. Gonna randomize it, but not gonna provide proof per previous discussion on that.
