I thought it was implied/explained earlier when ALL of the names were listed with their corresponding colors. :/

I meant the piece of information about Damien appearing in the driver cabin. xD

The culprit got on the rooftop somehow, forced the roof panel open and shot the drivers with a harpoon gun.

The roof panel was not open when any of the murders in the driver cart occurred.

The culprit got on the rooftop somehow, forced the roof panel open and hung a heavy object with a rope or other hanging item. Then he closed it back so quick that it cut the rope(hanging item) and the heavy object killed the drivers.

2nd:
When I was first in the Driver's Cabin, I didn't take my time to observe the carnage. I could easily miss Damien's body. If the police found it easier, that's probably because when the train stopped, inertia made the body move to a more visible place.

Or if not, then:
Anyone could have moved Damien's body without me or anyone else on the top floor noticing it. There's nothing strange about this!

Someone brought an object inside the Driver's cart that caused death to the first driver.

Damien opened the driver's cart roof panel.

After Damien was killed on the rooftop by the culprit, his body slid while the train was screeching to a stop, and his corpse then fell through the open roof panel into the driver's cart.

Mystery solved.

So yeah, it would be fun to get back into Witch's Game again, but problem is the story got pretty messy and it's now about 9 months since we all played. So maybe you could rewrite the original story for clarity, remove the mysteries we already solved, possible add a couple more to replace those.

I've settled the remainder with Kuroaitou in chat. Here's the finishing blows, a little bit paraphrased, for clarity.

The missing people are still on the train somewhere. It's impossible for all observers to cover every possible space on the train during any given moment. Nothing strange about this at all.

Marcia was killed outside of the drivers cart, with the exact method and location being irrelevant. Her body was then moved into the cart later through the open door.
